Quick Rankers LLC provides digital marketing services on a monthly basis. We do not require long-term contracts. Clients are billed monthly for services rendered, and work begins only after payment is received.
Because our services involve time, expertise, strategy, and digital execution, all payments are handled according to the terms below.
No Refund Policy Once Work Has Started
All payments made to Quick Rankers LLC are non-refundable once work has started, regardless of the service type.
This applies to, but is not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Local SEO & Google Business Profile services
- Google Business Profile creation, optimization, and management
- PPC & advertising management
- Social media marketing
- Website development
- Graphic design
- AI calling agent services
- Any other digital marketing services
Once work has begun, time, resources, and expertise are allocated to your project, making refunds impractical.
Refunds Before Work Begins
If a client cancels before any work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
To qualify:
- Cancellation must be requested before execution or onboarding begins
- No strategy work, setup, or implementation must have occurred
Once work begins, the payment becomes non-refundable.
Monthly Services & Cancellation Policy
Quick Rankers LLC allows clients to cancel monthly services with prior notice.
Cancellation Terms:
- A minimum of 14 days’ prior notice is required
- Services will continue through the active billing period
- No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time

No Performance-Based Refunds

Because digital marketing often requires time, testing, and optimization:
- Refunds are not issued based on performance expectations
- If results take time, we may offer continued service and optimization, subject to continued payment and mutual agreement
Website Development & Design Services
All website development, design, and related services are non-refundable, including:
- Planning and strategy
- Design work
- Development work
- Revisions or partial completion
Once a project has started, no refunds will be issued, even if the client changes their mind or pauses the project.
Digital & Intangible Services
Because digital marketing services are intangible and time-based, refunds are limited once work has begun. This includes strategy creation, research, setup, optimization, and management.

Client Responsibilities & Refund Exceptions
